Before bed we read Don't Let the Pigeon Stay Up Late. This is a fun book that is interactive in nature - first a man (the bus driver from Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus) asks if you will do him a favor and watch the pigeon, and to not let the pigeon stay up late. The Pigeon tries to weedle his way in to staying up longer by asking questions and making demands. One of the points is to let little kids get their fill of saying, "no!"
So I read the part of the man asking for T to watch Pigeon, and I asked, "what do you say?" "Pweeze" was his reply (when it should, in terms of the book, been Yes.) B told T to get ready to say a lot of no's and we turned the page to where Pigeon first asks to stay up a little longer. T said, "Noooo. No! No no no, noooooooo, no."
